Steaks, seafood, pasta, cocktails, craft beer!
The Gold Dredge Restaurant & Bar is located in Breckenridge, Colorado, on the Blue River. This one-of-a-kind dining destination is a 2-million-pound floating restaurant. It was designed and build as a replica of one of Summit County's biggest and longest operating dredges. From the early 1900s to 1942, there were nine dredges operating in Summit County!
Gold Dredge entrees span from the land to the sea. The Dredge additionally features a full bar. A children's menu is available along with a family friendly atmosphere.
The Dredge offers two attached walkways that can be accessed from Adams or Jefferson streets. Most patrons walk or take shuttles to the restaurant from hotels located in the area. Visitors are able to feed trout from the dredge's north side during summer months.
Weddings, special events and groups can be hosted at The Dredge. A private, Victorian dining room is able to seat 12 people; reservations should be made at least two weeks prior to an event.
